Don't forget (how could you!?) that a few 'movements' done at home, between sessions, will help and speed-up your progress enormously. Even if it's only 3 of them, done for 5-10 minutes.
Or, you can simply be 'aware' of different things during the week: what have you been experiencing with your breathing? Which leg or arm do you always cross over the other? Which leg do you push off most with to get up out of a chair (one will be slightly forward of the other)? How are you sitting to eat, to drive, to work, to relax? How are your feet contacting the ground when you walk? Have you noticed anyone else's habits? Try copying the walk of someone infront of you..!
Here's a blank homework sheet that you can print out and fill out yourself, during or after a class. I'm always willing to help you to choose and remember the movements that are most relevant for you. Download blank home-play sheet
