Thread the Needle & Open
- This movement is all about rotational spine mobility with a dash of shoulder strength and mobility on the supporting side and some opening up through the chest and front of the other shoulder. Make the movement as smooth as you can - opening-up and straight into 'threading'. If your wrist hurts place the heel of your hand on the edge of the mat (or a book if you don't have a mat) and the fingers on the floor.

Rolling Down & The Hundred
- Here are two of our 'base' moves - Rolling Down is lovely for mobilising and releasing the spine. The Hundred is a move to build up the strength and endurance of the core (belt) muscles.

- A lovely spine mobiliser and also a shoulder and core strengthener
Exercises on the ball
- If you have one of these crazy balls, here's the lovely Roll-up exercise for you to practice at home. When you're doing these exercises, keep away from hard furniture, pets, children, fireplaces, toys, glasses, crockery... need I go on..?
