I have been attending these classes on a weekly basis for two years and in that time I have noticed how much more balance I have in my whole body. When I ride my horse it is very important that I am in an evenly balanced position at all times. The exercises I have done in Becky's classes have without a doubt enabled me to achieve a much better balance along with free movement of all my joints, considering I am now in my mid 40's!! I think its brill to be able to feel this way and would highly recommend that if you can make it to any of Becky's classes it will help to improve your riding and your general well-being!

After breaking my collarbone in a horse riding accident I have been encouraged and have gained confidence to use the shoulder again to strengthen the muscles around it. This has helped me to feel less stiff and more mobile. I feel more supple generally and my joints are more mobile - in particular my hips, knees and shoulder.
I feel I have more energy and my sense of mental well-being has improved. My body feels stronger and more flexible. I enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and the variety of different exercises.
The classes have brought me all-round fitness and toning of muscles. I enjoy using the different pieces of equipment in a friendly and happy environment.
My weight is slowly going down and my joints are less stiff. The class is MY time and it adds the dynamic and aerobic aspect to my exercise - I have more energy. I love the laughter - it's as therapeutic as the exercise!
Amazing! I feel fit and healthy and it's all do-able. When I'm able to come regularly my back is stronger and my balance much better.
I feel more energetic and glad to be doing something about keeping fit. I have more stamina walking uphill and more strength and control when doing other activities. I like the sense of achievement and the group of people. It's good being in a small-ish group where you watch us carefully.
Found muscles I never knew existed! Better fitness. If I haven't felt like going I always feel better for having made the effort to go. I enjoy meeting other people and having a laugh.
